Common use of Grant of Stock Clause in Contracts

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ___ shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s Common Stock on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the Company. As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “Restricted Shares”.

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the 2006 Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ______ shares (the “"Shares”") of the Company’s 's common stock, par value $.001 per share (the "Common Stock on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the CompanyStock"). As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “"Restricted Shares”." The Shares granted shall be authorized, but unissued, shares.

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ___ shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s common stock, $0.10 par value (the “Common Stock on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the CompanyStock”). As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “Restricted Shares.”.

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms Article IX of the Plan and the other terms and conditions thereof, and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in the Plan and this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ___ the number of shares (the “"Shares”") of the Company’s 's common stock, $.01 par value per share ("Common Stock Stock"), as indicated on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the Companysignature page hereto. As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares Shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “"Restricted Shares”."

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the 2022 Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant _______ shares (the “"Shares”") of the Company’s 's common stock, par value $.001 per share (the "Common Stock on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the CompanyStock"). Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the 2016 Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ___ 3,000 shares (the “"Shares”") of the Company’s 's common stock, par value $.001 per share (the "Common Stock on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the CompanyStock"). As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “"Restricted Shares”Performance Stock."

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the 2006 Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ___ 90,000 shares (the “"Shares”") of the Company’s 's common stock, par value $.001 per share (the "Common Stock on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the CompanyStock"). As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “"Restricted Shares”."

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ____ shares (the “Shares”) of the Company’s common stock, no par value per share (the “Common Stock on the date first above writtenStock”), in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director an employee of the CompanyCompany and its subsidiaries. As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “Restricted Shares”.

Grant of Stock. In accordance with the terms of the 2015 Plan and subject to the further terms, conditions and restrictions contained in this Agreement, the Company hereby grants to the Participant ______ shares (the “"Shares”") of the Company’s 's common stock, par value $.001 per share (the "Common Stock on the date first above written, in consideration for services to be performed by the Participant as Director of the CompanyStock"). As long as the Shares are subject to the Restrictions set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement, such shares shall be deemed to be, and are referred to in this Agreement as, the “"Restricted Shares”." The Shares granted shall be authorized, but unissued, shares.

Grant of Stock. Grant of Stock. Grant of Stock. Grant of Stock. Grant of Stock.
