GRANT OF THE CONCESSION. 3.1.1 In consideration of the Operator’s obligations contained in this Agreement and relying on the Operator’s warranties contained herein, the Authority, subject to the terms of this Agreement, hereby grants to the Operator and authorizes it, for the duration of the Services Period, to manage and operatie the Project, including the Facility, and to exercise and enjoy the rights, powers, benefits, privileges, authorizations and entitlements as set forth in this Agreement. 3.1.2 The Operator agrees that the Authority shall have the sole and exclusive right to require from the Operator, full availability of the Facility throughout the Services Period and in accordance with the Good Industry Practice.
