Grant of Use Clause Samples

The Grant of Use clause defines the permissions given by one party to another regarding the use of certain property, rights, or materials, such as intellectual property or software. Typically, it outlines the scope, duration, and limitations of the use, specifying whether the rights are exclusive or non-exclusive, and may detail any restrictions on modification, distribution, or sublicensing. This clause is essential for clarifying what is and is not permitted, thereby preventing misunderstandings and potential disputes over unauthorized use.
