Common use of Grant Offer Clause in Contracts

Grant Offer. 2.1 Subject to the Recipient complying with the terms and conditions set out in this Grant Agreement and the Grant Letter, the Authority offers to pay the Grant to the Recipient as a contribution towards eligible expenditure. 2.2 The Recipient acknowledges that the Authority agrees to fund it only for the amount, the Funding Period and for the Purpose specified in this Grant Agreement and the Grant Letter.
