Grant Performance. This Grant Agreement is subject to the following Federal award requirements: a. Period of Performance: 1. Shall start on the date the Sponsor formally accepts this Agreement and is the date signed by the last Sponsor signatory to the Agreement. The end date of the Period of Performance is 4 years (1,460 calendar days) from the date of acceptance.
