Common use of Grant Terms Clause in Contracts

Grant Terms. The funding for this Agreement is provided in full or in part by a Federal or State Grant to the City. As part of the terms of receiving the funds, the City is required to incorporate some of the terms into this Agreement and include certain reporting requirements. The incorporated terms and requirements are stated in Appendix G, "State/Federal Funding Terms." ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS OR MODIFICATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE TERMS OF A STATE OR FEDERAL GRANT PROVIDING THE GRANT FUNDS. SUCH TERMS WILL BE INCORPORATED AS APPENDIX F OR APPENDIX G.
