Common use of Grant to Distributor Clause in Contracts

Grant to Distributor. Notwithstanding ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇'s grant to Distributor of the right to market and distribute copies of Software in Canada, Distributor acknowledges and agrees that Software is not capable of providing Canadian postage and Distributor shall not represent to any Customer or prospective Customer that Software may be used for such purpose.
