Grantee Acceptance; Counterparts Sample Clauses

The "Grantee Acceptance; Counterparts" clause establishes that the grantee must formally accept the terms of the agreement, and that the agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts. In practice, this means the grantee typically signs a document or provides written confirmation to indicate acceptance, and each party may sign separate copies of the agreement, all of which together form a single binding contract. This clause ensures that all parties are clearly bound by the agreement even if signatures are collected separately, facilitating efficient execution and reducing logistical barriers to finalizing the contract.
