Grantee Covenants. 8.1 In consideration of the Converted Awards granted under this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to abide by the restrictive covenants set forth below. For the purposes of this Article, the definition of “Company” is expanded to include any Subsidiaries or Affiliates that do business in the United States.
