Common use of GRANTEE DELIVERABLES AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

GRANTEE DELIVERABLES AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. The Grantee shall submit deliverables and follow reporting requirements specified in Appendix A of this Agreement. (A) The Grantee must complete and submit [quarterly] [financial and/or progress] reports according to a form and format prescribed by the State [and must include supporting documentation of eligible project expenses]. The forms provided by the State shall be submitted to the State’s contact at the address on page 1. These reports shall be signed by an official with the authority to submit the report for the Grantee and must contain an attestation that the information is unable true and correct, and that the submission is made under penalty of perjury.
