Common use of Grantee Remedies Clause in Contracts

Grantee Remedies. In the event Agency is in default under Section 15.2 and whether or not Grantee elects to terminate this Grant, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole monetary remedy will be, within any limits set forth in this Grant, reimbursement of Project activities completed and accepted by Agency and authorized expenses incurred, less any claims Agency has against Grantee. In no event will Agency be liable to Grantee for any expenses related to termination of this Grant or for anticipated profits.
