Common use of Grantee Remedies Clause in Contracts

Grantee Remedies. If Agency is in default, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s sole remedy will be, within the limits set forth in this Agreement, disbursement for Allowable Expenses incurred during the term of the Agreement, less any claims Agency has against Grantee.
