Grantor as Trustee. If at any time the Grantor is the Trustee, the Grantor may appoint a successor Trustee, to become effective immediately or upon any stated contingency, by making such designation in writing. Such designee shall become the successor Trustee upon acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Grantor as Trustee. The Security Trustee may, by notice to the Grantor, direct it to, and thereupon the Grantor shall, receive all proceeds of Collateral in trust for the Security Trustee, not commingle the same with any other property or funds of the Grantor and, unless the Security Trustee shall have otherwise instructed the Grantor, deliver or cause to be delivered all such proceeds in the exact form received, together with any necessary endorsements, to the Security Trustee or to such Person or Persons as the Security Trustee may designate, except as provided in the Intercreditor Agreement.
