Common use of Graphics Clause in Contracts

Graphics. Landlord shall provide and install, at Tenant's expense, all letters or numbers on doors to the Premises; all such letters and numbers shall be in the building standard graphics, and no others shall be used or permitted on the Premises. In addition, Landlord shall maintain a directory board in the lobby of the Building and provide reasonable identification of Tenant at Tenant's expense.

In additionLandlord also agrees to provide and install, Landlord shall maintain a directory board in the lobby of the Building and provide reasonable identification of Tenant at Tenant's expense, a listing on the Building directory board. All costs and expenses shall be reasonable and agreed upon by the parties.

In addition, Landlord shall maintain a directory board in the lobby of the Building and provide reasonable identification of Tenant at Tenantwithout Landlord's expenseconsent.
