Common use of Graphics Clause in Contracts

Graphics. Lessor shall provide and install, at Lessor's cost, all letters or numerals on entrance doors to the Leased Premises and Building Directory. All such letters and numerals shall be in the Building standard graphics and size, and no others shall be used or permitted on the Leased Premises.
