Common use of Grassed Areas and Shrubbery Clause in Contracts

Grassed Areas and Shrubbery. The Lessee shall mow the grassed areas and trim the shrubbery on the leasehold regularly so as to maintain the Premises in a neat, orderly and attractive condition. Any land areas not grassed or paved shall be stabilized by the Lessee and the Premises shall be so utilized that use of the same will not cause dust, debris or waste to be blown about or raised so as to be ingested by aircraft or otherwise interfere with or disturb the use or enjoyment of others of their Premises. All landscaping maintenance required hereunder shall be performed in accordance with landscape maintenance standards, as published from time to time by the Lessor.
