GRIEVANCE AND APPEAL PROCEDURE. The County and the FOP encourage employees to discuss problems with their immediate supervisors in an attempt to resolve problems before they become a formal grievance. If an employee and the County cannot resolve the problem, then the following grievance procedure shall apply.
