– GRIEVANCE AND ARBITRATION PROCEDURE‌ Section 1. Definitions. A. A “grievance” is defined as a dispute, difference, disagreement, or complaint between the parties related to wages, hours and conditions of employment. The complaint shall include, but is not limited to, the complaint of an employee or the Association, which involves the interpretation, application of or compliance with the provisions of this Agreement. B. “Working days” for the purpose of this Article is defined as all weekdays (i.e., Monday through Friday) not designated as a holiday under Article 6, Section 1 of this Agreement.
