Grievance transmittals shall take place between the bargaining unit representative designated by the Bargaining Unit President and the position designated by the Employer. It is understood that the Union has carriage of all grievances. Grievances shall be on the form set out in Appendix 1. The parties agree to utilize an electronic copy of this form for the submission of grievances.
8.03 Once a complaint is initiated, the parties shall have a period, not to exceed forty (40) calendar days, during which to hold meetings as necessary to discuss the
