Grievance Discussion. ‌ A regular employee or employee representative will be unimpeded and free from restraint, discrimination, interference, or reprisal in seeking appropriate adjustment of a grievance provided, however, that an employee's representative may not participate in an informal discussion with the supervisor as required prior to the filing of a formal written grievance.
