Common use of Grievance Discussion Clause in Contracts

Grievance Discussion. 1. Nothing in this Article shall preclude a Related Service Professional from discussing a grievance with his/her principal or immediate supervisor in an effort to informally resolve a grievance. 2. Either or both parties involved in a grievance procedure may be accompanied by a representative of their choice at all levels of the grievance procedure.
