GRIEVANCE REGARDING JOB CLASSIFICATIONS. If the worker or the Union does not accept the classification review determination, or if there is no response by the anticipated completion date, and a grievance is filed, the grievance shall be started at Step 1. The time limit of the University’s liability specified in §4.6.-C. (Limit of University Liability) shall be 120 calendar days before the filing of the classification review request.
