Grievance Timelines. ‌ Grievances shall be properly filed and processed within the timetables outlined at each step. If these timetables are violated by the Union, the grievance shall be deemed waived. If violated by the Employer, the grievance shall be advanced to the next step. Through mutual agreement, the parties may put timelines on abeyance or extend them for a set period of time.
