Ground Rules for Negotiations. A. Negotiations shall begin within sixty (60) days of written demand by either negotiating party. No request may be made prior to December 1st of the final contract year of the Agreement. B. The Association and Board negotiation teams will review and discuss negotiation’s ground rules at the initial successor contract negotiation session.
