Common use of Grounds for Immediate Termination Clause in Contracts

Grounds for Immediate Termination. Subject to clause 12.5, this agreement may be terminated by a party giving notice to the other party upon the happening of any of the following events in respect of that other party: (a) an Insolvency Event; or (b) if the other party is in breach of an undertaking given pursuant to clause 13.2(b).
