Common use of Grounds for Revocation/Termination or Nonrenewal Clause in Contracts

Grounds for Revocation/Termination or Nonrenewal. This Contract may be revoked/terminated and need not be renewed by the District upon a determination by the District that one or more of the following has occurred: (a) Failure of the School to demonstrate satisfactory achievement for all students including the requirements for student performance set forth in this Contract; or (b) Failure of the School to meet generally accepted standards of fiscal management; or (c) Failure of the School to comply with all Applicable Law.
