Common use of GROUNDWATER LEVEL MEASUREMENTS Clause in Contracts

GROUNDWATER LEVEL MEASUREMENTS. After well development is complete and sufficient time has passed for the groundwater level in the well to stabilize, groundwater elevation measurements will be collected and recorded by DWR and the GSA with a water level meter or tape. DWR and GSA will then corroborate on the accuracy of the measurements. Continued groundwater monitoring and reporting to DWR data systems (SGMA or CASGEM portals, whichever is applicable) will be performed by the GSA for the useful life of the project.
