Common use of Group 1 Clause in Contracts

Group 1. The license to use the Group 1 Trademarks is exclusive to AG.C▇▇ ▇▇ the AG.C▇▇ ▇▇▇iness and non exclusive for all other uses except that (i) no license is granted for use in the AG Business and (ii) AG retains a non-exclusive right within the AG.C▇▇ ▇▇▇iness (A) to associate a Group 3 Trademark with a Group 1 Trademark (for example, to identify a product sold through Electronic Media as "Designware, an American Greetings company") and (B) for business to business commerce with prospective or existing non-consumer customers.
