Group annuity contract certificates. The requirement under Subsection (i)(F) above that the contract state that it is intended to be a QLAC when issued is satisfied if a certificate is issued under a group annuity contract and the certificate, when issued, states that the Employee’s interest under the group annuity contract is intended to be a QLAC.
