Group Contracts Sample Clauses

Typically, this clause clarifies whether subsidiaries, affiliates, or parent companies are included as parties to the agreement, and may specify the extent of their rights and obligations. By doing so, it ensures that all relevant group members are covered under the contract, preventing ambiguity about who is bound by or benefits from the agreement, and reducing the risk of disputes over contractual coverage within corporate groups.
