Group Member Clause Samples
The 'Group Member' clause defines who is considered a member of a corporate group for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this includes the parent company, its subsidiaries, and sometimes affiliates, ensuring that rights and obligations can extend to or be enforced by these related entities. By clearly specifying which entities are included as group members, the clause helps prevent ambiguity about who can benefit from or be bound by the contract, thereby ensuring clarity and reducing the risk of disputes over party status.
