Guarantee Confirmation. Each Obligor hereby represents, warrants and confirms to and for the benefit of each Finance Party on the date hereof and on the Effective Date that all guarantee and indemnity obligations of it pursuant to Clause 22 (Guarantee and Indemnity) of the Original Facilities Agreement shall: (a) remain in full force and effect notwithstanding any amendments to the Original Facilities Agreement contemplated by this Amendment Agreement; and (b) extend to any new obligations assumed by any Obligor under the Finance Documents as a result of the Upsize Request Letter or this Amendment Agreement.
