Common use of Guarantee Engineer Clause in Contracts

Guarantee Engineer. The Builder shall appoint a Guarantee Engineer to serve on the Vessel as its representative for the full guarantee period unless otherwise agreed by the parties hereto. The Buyer will give reasonable consideration to requests of the Builder for earlier release of the Guarantee Engineer. The Buyer and its employees shall give the Guarantee Engineer full cooperation in carrying out his duties as the representative of the Builder
