Common use of Guarantee of Signature Clause in Contracts

Guarantee of Signature. No signature guarantee on this Letter of Transmittal is required unless the registered holder of the Class A RP Units has completed the box entitled "Special Delivery Instructions". In such case all signatures on this Letter of Transmittal must be guaranteed by a member firm of any registered national securities exchange in the United States or of the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. or by a commercial bank or trust company (not a savings bank or a savings and loan association) having an office, branch or agency in the United States.
