Guarantee Policy. All confirmed reservations must be accompanied by the non-refundable payment in full. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center will not hold any reservations unless secured by this method. Prior to execution by both parties, this document represents an offer by the University/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center. Unless the University/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center otherwise notifies the Renter at any time prior to the Renter’s execution of this document, the outlined format and dates will be held by University/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Center for the Renter on a first- option basis for 3 working days subsequent to the offer. If the Renter does not make payment by that date, the first-option will be released, in which case neither party will have any further obligations.
