Common use of Guarantee Term Clause in Contracts

Guarantee Term. The Term of this Guarantee Period shall commence on the first (1st) day of the month following the date of Final Project Acceptance of the Work installed pursuant to this Agreement and shall terminate at the end of the Guarantee Period unless terminated earlier as provided for herein. The Term of this Guarantee Period is defined in Section 1 of Attachment G.
