Common use of Guarantee Term Clause in Contracts

Guarantee Term. The Term of this Guarantee shall commence on the first (1st) day of the month following the effective date of execution of the Final Delivery and Acceptance Certificate (Attachment E-2) upon Final Acceptance of this Project by the CITY and shall terminate at the end of [FULL FINANCING TERM] years unless terminated earlier by CITY as provided for herein.

Guarantee Term.
