Guaranteed standards of service. 5.14.1. All customers of water and sewerage companies are entitled to guaranteed minimum standards of service, as laid down by the Government. These rights are known as the guaranteed standards scheme (GSS). Where a company fails to meet any of these standards of service then it is required to make a specified payment to the affected customer. The Supplier shall inform the customer at Call Off stage of any standards that exceed the minimum standards and support the customer in making claims for compensation.

  • Standards of Service In connection with the performance of any Services pursuant to this Agreement: 7.1 Number of Employees Contractor warrants it will provide sufficient employees to complete the Services ordered within the applicable time frames established pursuant to this Agreement. Furthermore, Contractor shall, at its expense, supply all tools, equipment, and other materials necessary to perform the Services contemplated in this Agreement. 7.2 Skill of Employees Contractor warrants that employees shall have sufficient skill, knowledge, and training to perform the Services and that the Services shall be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

  • SUPPLIER STANDARDS OF CONDUCT Accenture is committed to conducting its business free from unlawful, unethical or fraudulent activity.   • Consumer Guarantees Act Where the Company supplies the goods to the customer for the customer’s use in a business for the purpose of the business, the customer agrees that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply. Where the Company supplies the product to a customer as a “consumer” as defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act for a non-business purpose, the Consumer Guarantees Act will apply and prevail over any contrary provision in these terms and conditions.

  • No Guarantee of Service This Agreement is not a contract for services. It does not give the Director the right to remain in the service of the Company, nor does it interfere with the shareholders’ rights to replace the Director. It also does not require the Director to remain in the service of the Company nor interfere with the Director’s right to terminate services at any time.

  • Continuity of Service and Performance Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Parties shall continue to provide service and honor all other commitments under this Agreement during the course of a Dispute with respect to all matters not subject to such Dispute.
