Common use of Guarantees and Warranties Clause in Contracts

Guarantees and Warranties. The Supplier hereby warrants and undertakes that: 6.1 it has provided the Customer with a copy of its product warranty and returns policy (the “Policy”). 6.2 all Goods supplied to the Customer, shall have a warranty of at least 1 (one) year in addition to any other implied or express warranty afforded in terms of Applicable Legislation. 6.3 This warranty does not extend to improper installation, operation or maintenance of Goods by the Customer; the effects of normal wear and tear; or, repairs or alterations made by third parties without prior written consent of the Supplier which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
