Common use of Guarantor Payment Clause in Contracts

Guarantor Payment. If at any time payment is due pursuant to the Guaranty and the Servicer or the Administrative Agent informs a Guarantor of the same, such Guarantor shall within one (1) Business Day deposit the amount due (the “Guarantor Payment”) into the Collection Account for distribution in accordance with Section 2.7 or Section 2.8, as applicable. The Servicer shall keep records of the amount of Guaranty Payments made by each Guarantor and such amount shall be reflected in all Servicer Reports after the initial Guarantor Payment.
