Guarantor. 37.1 If there are to be any Guarantors of this Lease per Paragraph 1.11, the form of the guaranty to be executed by each such Guarantor shall be in the form most recently published by the American Industrial Real Estate Association, Association and each said Guarantor shall have the same obligations as Lessee under this Lease, including but not limited to the obligation to provide the Tenancy Statement and information called for by Paragraph 16.

Guarantor. 37.1 If there are to be any Guarantors of this Lease per Paragraph 1.11, the form of the guaranty to be executed by each such Guarantor shall be in the form most recently published by the American Industrial Real Estate Association, and each said Guarantor shall have the same obligations as Lessee under this Lease, including but not limited to the obligation to provide the Tenancy Statement and information called for by Paragraph 1618.
37.2 It shall constitute a Default of the Lessee under this Lease if any such Guarantor fails or refuses, upon reasonable request by Lessor to give:
(a) evidence of the due execution of the guaranty called for by this Lease, including the authority of the Guarantor (and of the party signing on Guarantor's behalf) to obligate such Guarantor on said guaranty, and including in the case of a corporate Guarantor, a certified copy of a resolution of its board of directors authorizing the making of such guaranty, together with a certificate of incumbency showing the signature of the persons authorized to sign on its behalf, (b) current financial statements of Guarantor as may from time to time be requested by Lessor, (c) a Tenancy Statement, or (d) written confirmation that the guaranty is still in effect.
