Common use of Guaranty Documents Clause in Contracts

Guaranty Documents. Each Subsidiary of the Borrower (other than The Wood▇▇▇ ▇▇▇up, Inc. and InProNet, Inc.) existing as of the Closing Date shall have duly authorized, executed and delivered to the Agent and each Lender a Guaranty Agreement and the other Guaranty Documents in form and substance satisfactory to the Lenders, each such document shall be in full force and effect and no Default shall exist thereunder, and the Agent and each Lender shall have received a fully executed original thereof.
