The Guest Artists clause defines the terms and conditions under which external performers or contributors, who are not regular members of the main group or organization, may participate in a project or event. Guest artists. This is remuneration for short-term work, normally 1-3 classes. Guest artists do not replace an instructor but work alongside the instructor to demonstrate specialized techniques, critique student work, lecture on personal experiences, etc. Guest artists will be remunerated at a flat rate of $50 per hour and will be paid by honorarium. Where the reputation of the guest artist warrants it, the ▇▇▇▇ may approve a higher rate.

Schedule E - Casual does not apply.
Guest artists. EMPLOYER may engage a GUEST ARTIST for a Performance or a Performance Series. EMPLOYER shall compensate GUEST ARTIST at no less than the applicable minimum rates set forth in Section V.A.1. of this Agreement. The EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA of its intention to engage a GUEST ARTIST.
Guest artists. In the event the EMPLOYER contemplates engaging Dancers on a single performance Guest Artist basis, the EMPLOYER shall notify AGMA that it intends to engage such ARTISTS on a single performance basis. Students of the Washington School of Ballet, children cast in children’s roles, the Washington Ballet Artistic Staff, members of the faculty of the Washington School of Ballet, and any other individuals who are used in character roles as permitted by Paragraph 30 are not to be considered Guest Artists and further are not covered by the terms of this Agreement.
Guest artists. ‌ NBT may engage Guest Artists on a weekly basis only after NBT has satisfied the Employment Guarantee outlined in Section IV. B. 1. of this CBA. NBT shall compensate a Guest Artist at no less than the applicable minimum rates set forth for Company Senior Artist in Section IV. A. in this CBA.
Guest artists. BI may engage a Guest Artist on a per-performance or weekly basis, only after BI has satisfied the Employment Guarantee outlined in Section IV. Article A. 3. a. of this Agreement. BI shall compensate a Guest Artist at no less than the applicable minimum rates set forth for Principal Artists in Section IV. Article A. 1. in this Agreement. BI shall notify all ARTISTS and AGMA of its intention to engage a Guest Artist in a non-emergent situation at least two (2) weeks in advance of such hire and will provide AGMA with a copy of such Individual Artist Agreement at the time of giving notice. In the event that Guest Artist is engaged as a result of an emergency situation, BI shall issue an AGMA Individual Artist Agreement in advance of when the ARTIST begins working and will notify all ARTISTS and AGMA of said engagement in a timely fashion.
Guest artists. Guest Artists will not be charged a monthly fee. RCG shall retain a commission of forty per cent (40%) on the sale of all artwork.

  • Lunch If the Company elects to furnish a lunch meal, it will be suitable and may be in the form of a box lunch. The meal shall be eaten at the job site or a Company designated location. Employees eating a box lunch or other Company-provided lunch at the job site will be allowed 30 minutes paid time to eat and will also be granted the dollar amount of the meal allowance as specified under the labor agreement.

  • Games The Private Party shall not be entitled to introduce any arcade type amusement or gaming machines into the Restaurant Facility without the prior written approval of SANParks.

  • ARTISTES AND SPORTSMEN 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 14 and 15, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsman, from his personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other State. 2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsman in his capacity as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsman himself but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Articles 7, 14 and 15, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsman are exercised.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • ENTERTAINERS AND SPORTSPERSONS 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 14, income derived by a resident of a Contracting State as an entertainer, such as a theatre, motion picture, radio or television artiste, or a musician, or as a sportsperson, from that resident’s personal activities as such exercised in the other Contracting State, may be taxed in that other Contracting State. 2. Where income in respect of personal activities exercised by an entertainer or a sportsperson acting as such accrues not to the entertainer or sportsperson but to another person, that income may, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 14, be taxed in the Contracting State in which the activities of the entertainer or sportsperson are exercised.
