GUEST NUMBERS. 5.1 Minimum number of guests and Final Numbers (a) charge you for the minimum numbers or your Final Numbers (whichever are the greater); (b) move the Function to a different location within the Hotel; (c) reallocate the Booking to a different hotel; or (d) cancel your Booking in accordance with Clause 8 (Changes or cancellation by the Company).
GUEST NUMBERS. 5.1 The Agreement will specify the “Anticipated Number” and “Minimum Number” of Guests for the Booking. 5.2 You will notify us of the “Final Number” of Guests at least four weeks before Arrival. We will use reasonable efforts to accommodate later changes at our sole discretion. 5.3 The chargeable amount will be calculated according to the higher of either the Anticipated Number or the Final Number of Guests.
GUEST NUMBERS. 3.1. The Agreement shall specify the ‘anticipated number’ of guests You expect to attend the Event and the ‘minimum number’ of guests Hotel will accept for the Event. 3.2. The ‘final number’ of guests attending the Event must be notified at least 3 working days prior to the Arrival date of the Event. Any changes after this time will only be accepted at the sole discretion of the Hotel. 3.3. The chargeable amount will be calculated according to the highest of either the ‘minimum number’ or the ‘final number’ of guests attending the Event.
GUEST NUMBERS. 5.1 The Hire Details indicate the guaranteed minimum number of guests attending the Event. 5.2 Any and/or all children on the premises during an event must be supervised by an adult at all times.
GUEST NUMBERS. 9.1 Applewood Hall holds a maximum of 200 guests for a seated meal and operates a minimum guest policy of 60 people for wedding breakfasts held on a Saturday. Numbers below this minimum will incur a £20.00 cover charge per person. 9.2 The Hirer agrees to confirm final guest numbers no later than 28 days prior to the Event so that Applewood Hall may raise a final invoice. Subsequent increases in guest numbers will be invoiced separately. No refunds will be given for any decrease in numbers.
GUEST NUMBERS. Maximum accommodation for regular online bookings is 6, groups of more than 6 will need to contact the venue or submit an online request. The booking is not confirmed until receiving a confirmation email. The venue has the right to decline your request in the case it can’t be accommodated.

  • Contact Numbers The Parties agree to provide one another with toll-free nation- wide (50 states) contact numbers for the purpose of ordering, provisioning and maintenance of services.

  • Account Numbers State Street shall process all payment orders on the basis of the account number contained in the payment order. In the event of a discrepancy between any name indicated on the payment order and the account number, the account number shall take precedence and govern. Financial institutions that receive payment orders initiated by State Street at the instruction of the Client may also process payment orders on the basis of account numbers, regardless of any name included in the payment order. State Street will also rely on any financial institution identification numbers included in any payment order, regardless of any financial institution name included in the payment order.

  • CUSIP and CINS Numbers The Company in issuing the Notes may use “CUSIP” and “CINS” numbers, and the Trustee will use CUSIP numbers or CINS numbers in notices of redemption or exchange or in Offers to Purchase as a convenience to Holders, the notice to state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption or exchange or Offer to Purchase. The Company will promptly notify the Trustee of any change in the CUSIP or CINS numbers.

  • CUSIP/ISIN Numbers The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use CUSIP and ISIN numbers (in each case, if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP and ISIN numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuer will as promptly as practicable notify the Trustee in writing of any change in the CUSIP and ISIN numbers.

  • Project Number The project number has been assigned by the Commission as the unique identifier for your project, and it cannot be changed. The project number should appear on each page of the grant agreement preparation documents to prevent errors during its handling.
