Common use of GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS. The Architectural Review Board shall have the power to establish and modify from time to time such written architectural and landscaping design guidelines and standards as it may deem appropriate to achieve the purpose set forth in Section 2 to the extent that such design guidelines and standards are not in conflict with the specific provisions of the Declaration. Any such guidelines or standards may be appealed to the Board of Directors which may terminate or modify such guideline or standard by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Directors then serving.
