GUIDES AND INSTRUCTIONS. 15.1 In addition to the specific references in this Agreement, the Federation may, from time to time, issue Guides and Instructions concerning the Merchant’s rights and obligations respecting the Accord ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Financing Service. Subject to an implementation period granted by the Federation, upon receipt, such Guides and Instructions shall be binding on the Merchant.
