Guild Notification. The Guild’s President or designee will be notified, in writing, of the number of employees and classifications designated for reduction as soon as said determination is made. Prior to implementing a reduction in force decision, the employer shall confer with representatives of the Guild regarding the proposed plans and will consider the Guild's opinions in the matter. The City shall fully comply with reasonable Guild information requests relating to the layoffs and their necessity.
