Handling and Storage of Materials. (a) All materials shall be handled and stored in a careful and workmanlike manner, to the satisfaction of the Contract Administrator. Storage of materials shall be in accordance with CAN/CSA A23.1.

Any materials which, in the opinion of the Engineer, have become so damaged as to be unfit for the use intended or specified shall be promptly removed from the site of the work, and the Contractor shall receive no compensation for the replacement of the damaged material or its removal. Manufactured materials shall be delivered and stored in their original containers, plainly marked, with identification of material and manufacturer, provided that original containers are fit for storage under local conditions.
