Common use of Handling Fee Clause in Contracts

Handling Fee. The Lessor agreed to provide consultancy service and risk management service to the Lessee during the Lease Period, and the Lessee shall, on or before 10 November 2017, pay to the Lessor a handling fee in the sum of RMB1,250,000 (equivalent to approximately HK$1,500,000).
