Common use of Handling of Hazardous Materials Clause in Contracts

Handling of Hazardous Materials. The Handling of Hazardous Materials in the Premises and the Complex by all Tenant Parties shall at all times comply with and be subject to all provisions of the Lease and all Hazardous Materials Laws. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall comply at all times with all Hazardous Materials Laws applicable to any aspect of Tenant’s use of the Premises and the Complex and of Tenant’s operations and activities in, on and about the Premises and the Complex, and shall ensure at all times that Tenant’s Handling of Hazardous Materials in, on and about the Premises or the Complex does not violate (x) the terms of any governmental licenses or permits applicable to the Complex or Premises or to Tenant’s Handling of any Hazardous Materials therein, or (y) any applicable requirements or restrictions relating to the occupancy classification of the Complex and the Premises.

The Handling of Hazardous Materials in the Subleased Premises and the Complex by all Tenant Subtenant Parties shall at all times comply with and be subject to all provisions of the Lease Sublease and all Hazardous Materials Laws. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant Subtenant shall comply at all times with all Hazardous Materials Laws applicable to any aspect of TenantSubtenant’s use of the Subleased Premises and the Complex and of TenantSubtenant’s operations and activities in, on and about the Subleased Premises and the Complex, and shall ensure at all times that TenantSubtenant’s Handling of Hazardous Materials in, on and about the Subleased Premises or the Complex does not violate (x) the terms of any governmental licenses or permits applicable to the Complex or Subleased Premises or to TenantSubtenant’s Handling of any Hazardous Materials therein, or (y) any applicable requirements or restrictions relating to the occupancy classification of the Complex and the Subleased Premises.
